At Khy’s Kloset, we want every order to be a hit—but we get that sometimes things happen. Because we work with trusted third-party vendors and many of our items are made to order, all sales are final.
💥 Refunds & Replacements Are Available If:

Your item arrived damaged or defective

You received the wrong item or size

Your package never arrived (with verified tracking issue)
If any of the above apply, email us at khyskloset3@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with:

A clear photo of the item

A brief description of the issue
We’ll review and respond ASAP with next steps. If approved, we’ll either resend your item or issue a refund—depending on the situation.
🚫 We Do Not Offer Refunds For:

Items that don’t fit due to wrong size selection (please refer to our size chart!)

“Changed my mind” or “no longer want it” returns

Delays within the standard 7–15 business day shipping window

Custom, made-to-order, or clearance items are always final sale unless damaged.
