🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At Khy’s Kloset, we want every order to be a hit—but we get that sometimes things happen. Because we work with trusted third-party vendors and many of our items are made to order, all sales are final.


💥 Refunds & Replacements Are Available If:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item or size

  • Your package never arrived (with verified tracking issue)

If any of the above apply, email us at khyskloset3@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review and respond ASAP with next steps. If approved, we’ll either resend your item or issue a refund—depending on the situation.


🚫 We Do Not Offer Refunds For:

  • Items that don’t fit due to wrong size selection (please refer to our size chart!)

  • “Changed my mind” or “no longer want it” returns

  • Delays within the standard 7–15 business day shipping window


🧼 Final Sale Items:

Custom, made-to-order, or clearance items are always final sale unless damaged.
